Justine is an entrepreneurial leader and marketing generalist who has worked on some of the most iconic brands in the world. She has had a dynamic career – working within fast-growing startups, large global corporations, and operating alongside founders and founding teams. She is currently the Brand Director at Pernod Ricard, where she primarily works with founder-owned/led, Mexican spirit brands and is responsible for the long-term strategy and growth of the Agave portfolio. Previously, Justine spent nearly 10 years at Chobani in a variety of marketing and strategy roles, helping to grow the business to over $1.5 billion. There, her most significant contributions were centered on bringing new products to market and new ideas to life-- her work spanning from launching Chobani Oat Milk, introducing the team to the world of digital analytics, and building and pioneering the Chobani Future Series. Prior to Chobani, she started her career at Nestle USA, covering some of the largest accounts across 6 categories, 3 business units and 10+ brands.
Justine Fisher is also an Adjunct Instructor for the Integrated Marketing and Communications department at the NYU School of Professional Studies, within its Division of Programs in Business. Justine’s practice and teaching reflect her belief that marketing and communications need to be equal parts creative and practical for modern day businesses.
Justine holds an BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
